Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@shopboreal.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for gift cards, final-sale items where marked, or items that are used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags, or not in their original packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
