Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

United States Shipping

Viva Boreal currently prioritizes shipping to customers in the United States.

Estimated delivery time for standard U.S. shipping: 7-15 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, high seasonal volume, customs review, or address issues may affect delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates and any free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Viva Boreal is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at contact@shopboreal.com and we will help check the shipment status. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please also contact the carrier directly.

Customs and Import Fees

If an order is shipped outside the United States, your country may apply import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
